- Thorough disinfection of all service rooms, tools, and common areas using Health Canada-approved disinfectants.
- Frequent cleaning of washrooms and high-touch surfaces.
- Single-use linens for every client.
- Contact-lite transactions, including digital forms.
- All staff are trained in Spa Sanitation & Illness Prevention to uphold the highest hygiene standards.
Mask & Safety Guidelines
- Service providers will wear gloves and/or masks upon request.
- Clients may also wear a mask if they prefer.
- Service providers may request a client to wear a mask for added safety.

If you have flu or COVID-19 symptoms, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment to protect our staff and other clients. Our team reserves the right to decline service to anyone showing symptoms.
